The Prints Service Terms and Conditions

By accessing and using The Prints mobile application (""the App""), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

The Prints provides a platform for users to browse, purchase, and customize printed products including but not limited to prints, posters, photographs, and related merchandise. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times and costs vary based on location and selected shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our return and refund policy is as follows:

  • Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Custom or personalized items may not be returnable
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days

  • Does not contain offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate material

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
  • Engage in any fraudulent activity
  • Impersonate any person or entity

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PRINTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE IN QUESTION.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Prints and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms of Use.

12. Governing Law
